We are a nimble group of high performance owner/operators with extensive experience across many industries and positions.
We have built businesses, fixed them and scaled them. Quite frankly, we've been through every kind of good and bad experience. The Bench Advisory was founded to share our wisdom and knowledge with companies and entrepreneurs, to help them. Plus, since we actually know how-to-do the work, we can execute as well, if asked.

Our online course on Life Priorities, Time Management, and Productivity. These lessons, strategies, tactics, skills have enables us to drive millions of dollars of value for our companies and those we have worked for. Example, recently we added $10MM of new revenue for a customer, working only 3 mornings per week over 8 months, applying these lessons. We also helped another client completely re-arrange the way they were thinking about their life and business through our Life Priorities model in the course.
One-on-One Mentoring
We will work with you one-on-one 1 hr per week, over 1 month, or 3 months. You will be teamed up with one of the partners of the Bench. We will guide you through our Life Wheel model and Business Wheel model. The purpose is to give you very personalized help and guidance on the areas of life and business that matter the most.
